Self Defense Products - Non Lethal Self Defense For Women
You may have never taken the time to think about this kind of stuff but why do police officers from all around the world carry stun guns and pepper sprays and tasers? Over 11,000 police departments across the country carry taser guns. Every police officer and every mail carrier in the country carries a pepper spray. Why? The simple reason is they work and provide them with a nonlethal alternative to deadly force.

Pepper sprays rely on a derivative of cayenne pepper which is one of the hottest peppers in the world. A shot in the face of pepper spray will cause intense pain, tearing of the eyes, shortness of breath, coughing and a language coming from the assailant that you may not recognize.
Tasers have been shown in tests to be nearly 100 percent effective with more stopping power than a 9 mm handgun. And yet their effects are not long-lasting.
